As Darlene's Most Acclaimed, "Welcoming Winter, gave her best presention to date, for the Annual showcase of, the best of photographic talent submitted to Photographer's Forum magazine's 23rd Annual College Photography Contest. As stated "Welcoming Winter" was one of the finalist photographs which were published in the above mentioned Annual, and represents the top 7% of all photos entered into this 2003 student contest..........


Also Published, in the book, "Shades of Tomorrow", "Serenity" is a photo of tranquil waters captured in black and white that was recognized and made part of a compilation by the International Library of Photography in 2003.
